This innovative board manufacturing process begins with a precisely measured EPS blank. The EPS density is crucial to achieving the ideal shape, weight, and structure. The blank is then manually coated with biaxial fiberglass cloth, and epoxy resin is carefully mixed and measured using a computer. To cure the resin, a second press mold, cut with CNC precision, is used and heated to ensure optimal resin distribution.
