1. USER OBLIGATIONS

3. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

Orders will not be served in P. O. Boxes or other non-permanent addresses.
3.c The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the products.
For deliveries in the peninsular national territory, except items in Outlet, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla, will be sent free of postage. (See section 4 for more details). For shipments of items in Outlet, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla and the Rest of Europe you can be informed of the shipping cost at the time of your purchase.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
4.a Shipping costs will be free on orders over 50€, for delivery in the national territory of the Peninsula.
Orders under 50 € will have an additional amount of 3.66 € for Cantabria, 4.50 € for the rest of the peninsula except Portugal, 7.00 € Balearic Islands, as shipping costs. We do not ship to the Canary Islands. Except shipments to, Ceuta and Melilla, Portugal , Andorra, Gibraltar and the rest of Europe that will have special treatment. All shipments outside the Peninsula will be free as long as their amount is greater than 500 €. Otherwise, they will have to pay the shipping costs.

6. RIGHT OF SUBSTITUTION OR RETURN

6.c Only returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
1-The product must be unused, in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling. 2-The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope sent, or failing that in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition. 3 - A copy of the delivery ticket must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.
If the reason for the return is attributable to Almarima Surf Company S. L.: defective product or the order does not correspond to what was requested, the use of this service is free.
If the reason is another: the products were served correctly but for any reason no longer interested, Almarima Surf Company S. L. will pay the cost of the products except for shipping costs as mentioned in section 6.a.
6.d The right of return or replacement may not be exercised when the product is not returned in its original packaging and seal and when the product is not in perfect condition sending it to the customer and also charging the corresponding postage.
7. WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
7. a All our products have the warranty specified by the manufacturer. In the event that your article presents any malfunction or deterioration, which is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the User can proceed in the following ways, to assert the product warranty:

7.a. c. Send it directly to the Technical Service of the manufacturer or importer of the article. Your address and company name will be indicated in the warranty of the article itself.
7.a. d. In any establishment in your locality that works with the corresponding mark may take over the management of that guarantee.

7.c If some of the information on the warranty is modified, altered or replaced or the item in question is tampered with, the warranty will lose its value.
